Names

- Manufacturer - Item Name - Size - Colour

- Do not place characters in the products name or item number (#,_,',",+,$,%,@,!,*)

- Make sure that if a product has multiple words in its name that the words are spaced by one ( ) space

SKU #

- Should have above (6) character placements/numbers

- Should be no longer than (12) character placements/numbers

Customers

 Names

- Do not place characters in the customer name or customer number (#, -,_,',",+)

- Make sure that if a product has multiple words in its name that the words are spaced by one ( ) space

Phone Number

- Do not list the number (1) before a phone number

- Do not list brackets for the area code of a customer

- Use XXX-XXX-XXX format for phone numbers

Postal Code

Use (X1X 1X1) format with all capitals appearing where letters are

Departments & Categories

Rentals

Create own Department as Rentals. Categories can be broken down from there or a category named Rental can be used as well.

Labour

Create own Department as Labour. Categories can be broken down from there or a category named Labour can be used as well.
