2018 - June Updates

Work Orders

• Search Work Orders by Type on the Work Orders listing screen
• Search Work Orders by Status on the Work Orders listing screen
• Work Order Status has been added to the Work Order Listing screen
• Work Order Total column has been added to the Work Order Listing screen
• Work Orders list can now be listed A-Z by clicking on the column heading
• Added a [+ New Work Order] button to the Work Order List screen
• Added Work Order history to the history section of a customers profile with the ability to see a quick overview of the Work Order and by hovering on the Work Order number you can open the Work Order

Quotes

• Added the ability to drag and drop products when editing a Quote

Sales Order

• Added the ability to drag and drop products when editing a Sales Order

Rental

• Rental Terms have been added in system settings and will appear on a rental PDF
• Added a 'Pay Invoice' button to the drop-down menu beside a rental listing

Exports

• Added product export

Adjustments

• Account Name has been taken off of Purchase Order PDF's due to client confidentiality
• On the Sales Order listing page, the 'picked quantities' link has been reconnected
• Work Order Comments now save after editing the Work Order multiple times
• Emailing Batch Purchase Orders now to redirect to the purchase orders list
• Adjustments were made to force view a message upon login to the system
• Clear leads button has been updated to work with new updates
• Rental Location now pulls from the customer's address
