2018 - July Updates

Work Orders

• When adding employees to a Work Order, employees now cannot be added twice on the same Work Order as a pop-up notification will appear.

Purchase Orders

• Purchase Orders now have the ability to set a discount as a total dollar value or as a percentage of the product

Reordering

• Created full reordering system that allows users to mass reorder products from different vendors by splitting the reordering screen into Purchase Orders based on each vendor.

Pick Tickets

• Sort by item # and now show the total units

Transfers

• Item # is now displayed when creating and editing a product transfer

Mass Label Printing

• Have the ability to print the label for multiple products at the same time through 'batch label' printing

Payments

• Payment Terms have been added in system settings and in a customers profile. You can now add default payment terms that are populated on select PDF's.

Kits

• Added the ability to select a serial number for each product in a kit when selling

Touchscreen POS

• Added the link from the Sales Order button to directly link to the New Sales Order page

Exports

• Product export now include the Category number making it easier to re-import products
• You can now export purchase orders to a clipboard from the purchase order listing screen, attached 
• Customer export now populates the customer group and customer number

Labels

• Added several new label templates and sizes for printing

Adjustments

• When pushing a Quote to a Work Order and a Work Order to a Quote, tax calculations have been updated to keep the same taxes
• When pushing a Quote to a Work Order and a Work Order to a Quote, discount calculations have been updated to keep the same discount
• Created logic to only show the multiple SKU's pop-up selections when there are multiple SKU's within a product
• Work Orders filtered by the column now have the full time
• Ability to print all project tickets is adjusted to work
