Action
1) In the main home dashboard you are able to view upcoming tickets. To further view information on tickets click the Ticket List button on the right hand header Upcoming Tickets.
2) This further expands your upcoming tickets where you are able to further search for exact tickets, create new tickets and export tickets to an excel file.
