Product History

Update 2018-12-08: Transfer numbers now show in Product History for easier tracking when there are multiple transfers.

Need to see when you increased the retail price on an item? Or maybe you want to see what happened with inventory onhands in the past week, for example, including receipts from purchase orders and invoices.

Go to Inventory.

Choose Products.

Open the Product you want to check the history on.

Choose the History Tab.

A new set of tabs will appear:

Choose the Pricing tab to see any changes in Pricing

Choose the Inventory tab to see any changes in Inventory (onhands)

Choose the Changes tab to see any changes to the Product Details tab

Choose the Sales tab to see all sales, including transaction number, of the item

Choose All to see a chronological amalgamation of the data from the Pricing, Inventory, Changes, and Sales tabs.
