How to Set Up Locations

1. Go to .

2. Under the  heading, select Locations.

3. At the top right corner of the page, click on 

4. Select a Location type from the drop down options - Store or Warehouse.

In most cases, Store Locations will be be used for retail sales and be visible in applicable e-commerce applications, whereas Warehouse Locations will be useful simply for maintaining inventory.

5. Code: Enter any code you want to assign to the location you're creating.

6. Name: Enter a name for the location.

7. Manager: Select a manager. NOTE: Employees must be set up in order to select a Manager.

8. Default: If you want this to be the default location for the system, set the Default Location drop down selector to Yes.

9. Normal Working Hours: This is for informational purposes only.
