The software will automate many of your processes when paired with the right hardware it can drastically increase the efficiency of those tasks.

First, make sure that POS Settings have been verified in the General System Settings.

Second Create a Till under Settings. 

Receipt Printers

Receipt printers are an important part of a point of sale (POS) system. They are used in retail environments to print credit card slips and customer receipts. Restaurants also use receipt printers to print off orders back in the kitchen or at the bar.

Cash Drawers

A cash drawer provides a means of temporarily storing cash during and between POS transactions. APG's cash drawers are constructed of sturdy steel, utilize durable drawer slides, and come equipped with a four-function lock.

Barcode Reader

A barcode reader (or barcode scanner) is an electronic device that can read and output printed barcodes to a computer. Like a flatbed scanner, it consists of a light source, a lens and a light sensor translating optical impulses into electrical ones.
