What Data can be Imported?

The following data can be imported:

• Contacts
• Customers / Accounts
• Loyalty Points
• Onhands
• Manufacturers SKUs
• Products
• Departments
• Categories
• Serials
• Vendors

If you have other data you would like to import into your system please contact Global Office Software.

Before some data can be uploaded, there are pre-requisites.

For example, Categories must belong to Departments, so before you can upload categories, you must first have all departments created or uploaded.

Similarly, contacts belong to Customers / Accounts, so they must be created or uploaded before Contacts can be uploaded.
