You can set up notifications for appointments and for inventory levels (On Hands.)
- Prior to setting up notifications, you need to have Employee Groups set up.
- Prior to setting up notifications for appointments you need to have your Availability set up.
- Prior to setting up notifications for on hands you need to have Inventory Tracking set up.
Actions
1. Go to Settings
2. Choose Notifications
3a) On Hands Notifications
- Select the checkboxes next to the employee group(s) you would like to receive notifications when a product(s) quantity on hand drops below the minimum level.
3b) Appointment Alerts
- Select the checkboxes next to the employee group(s) you would like to receive notifications when an upcoming appointment has been booked.
4. Click Save
