Prior to Creating a contract, Contract Headings and Templates must be set up.
Go to Accounting.
Under the Contracts Heading, choose New Contract.
Under the Details Tab, complete each field.
Under the Headings Tab, click on each tab and add templates, or manually add text to each body.
For Items, choose any products to add to the contract. TIP: On the Details tab you can choose to include the item price or not.
Under the Order tab, decide what order you'd like each heading to show in the contract.
Choose Save.
