2019 - January Updates

Quotes

• Add comments to the bottom of quotes that are used for internal purposes. If the quote moves to a Work Order the comments will move along with the user and time stamps on the comments.

Work Order

• Work Orders – Copy Duration in System Settings
• When converting a Work Order to an Invoice now the status of the Work Order will automatically change to Invoiced.
• Now have the ability to void Work Orders and sort work orders by voided status
• MSRP, Cost, On-hands now displayed on the Work Order screen
• Will now pull the SKU # over the item # when selecting a product. If the product has multiple SKU #’s a pop-up will appear where the user is able to select the correct SKU
• Products added together that have a $0 price will no longer show up with the price total of NaN

Trials

• Added pop-up to warn the user that a customer name must be placed on the trial
  Sales Orders
• Alert when a previous Invoice has been created from a Sales Order
• Sales Order – Ship to Date Added to Search Filter

Payables

• Ability to Adjust Payable Date when creating a new payable. The payable date will auto-pull
  from the Vendors profile terms and can be adjusted if needed. If no date is set in the vendors profile the payable date will need to be set.

Customers

• Deleted Additional Coverage Company in customers profile
• Customer Profile – Quick Add button

Recurring Rentals

• Recurring rentals will now split from the rental to only display the 'rental' products on the invoice thereafter
• Recurring rental items can be checked back in off of the original rental or off of the 'recurring rental' on the rental list
• Serial items stay checked out on rental items after the recurring rental has lapsed
• Pricing rate will stay with the recurring rental and invoices throughout the life of the recurring rental
• Pricing rate can be adjusted before payment is taken
• When the delivery date is set to 'today' the price stays
• Rentals are connected to a recurring rental with recurring rentals having a rental # ending in 'R'

Inventory

Adjustments

• Tax Report - Net and Gross Taxes Adjusted

• Work Order Menu after sorting no longer shrinks
• Work Orders, Quotes, and Invoices now have the same product names displayed on the screen as in the selected PDF for select users
• Action plans now tether default employee
• Rental Due Date has been adjusted to reflect the 1st products due date displayed on the rental screen. All rentals dates inside of the rental were correctly displayed. New rentals will be added correctly, old rentals may need to be refreshed to reflect the correct 1st item due back date.
• Only allow Touch POS transactions which require payment approval to complete after approval
• Allow Stripe at Touch POS to permit additional payment cards
• New 1.5 H X 4 W label height
• When touchscreen POS transactions are paid by cash the change due will no longer show as
  ‘owning’
