What is a Quote

Quotes are a great way to allow prospective buyers to see what cost would be involved for the work they would like to have done, or products they would like to purchase.

Many businesses provide services that cannot have an upfront price, as the costs involved can vary such as labour.

How to Create a Quote - Quick Create

Click on the (+) Quick Create Button

When the options populate, click on Quote which is located under Sales

How to Create a Quote - Accounting Icon

Hover on the Accounting Icon on the Left-Hand Menu

When the list appears hover over Quote

A new List will appear, click on New Quote

How to Create a Quote - Quote Menu

Go to Accounting

Under the Quoting Heading, choose New Quote

In the quote enter the customer and at least one item

Choose Save

Information Needed

The minimum information needed is:

• Customer Name
• (1) Product
