Click on the Pencil Icon on the right side of the top banner.
Click on Compose.
You can send to All Employees, Region, Location, Staff Group, or Employee. Choose one from the drop down menu.
Give the message a Title
Set a Priority level on the message
If you set Force View on Login, the message will have to be cleared by the employee(s) you send the message to before continuing.
Compose your message.
Click Send.
